2. Description of Service

LinkLens provides an AI API aggregation platform that connects users to various artificial intelligence models through a unified interface. The Service includes but is not limited to:

• AI model API access and routing
• Link summarization and content analysis
• Trending news aggregation
• AI-powered divination tools
• SkyCoin token-based billing system

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. SkyCoin Tokens & Payments

SkyCoin (“SC”) is the virtual currency used within the Service:

• New users receive a limited number of free SkyCoins upon registration
• SkyCoins can be purchased through available payment methods
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• SkyCoins have no monetary value outside the Service and are not exchangeable for cash
• We reserve the right to modify SkyCoin pricing, bonuses, and earning rates at any time
• Unused SkyCoins do not expire unless your account is terminated

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Generating, distributing, or promoting harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service infrastructure
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code of the Service
• Using automated scripts or bots to excessively consume API resources
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others

6. API Usage & Rate Limits

Access to API endpoints is subject to rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle, restrict, or suspend API access for accounts that exceed reasonable usage limits or violate our acceptable use policy. Rate limits may vary based on your account tier and subscription plan.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by LinkLens and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any remaining SkyCoin balance may be forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
